If CPQ Mgmnt had to knee-jerk respond to everything negatively blown out of proportion, they would not have time to successfully run CPQ.

I do believe that an appropriate response will be given soon but not until the panic quiets down some. A response now would only get lost in the tech morass and confusion that's occurring.

As an example, look at the ineffective ability of "Hollywood" Michael Dell to soften reaction to DELL's minimal shortfall recently ... even he could not stop the snowball from getting bigger as it was analystically being pushed down the slope. The answer is: step a side, let it pass and then melt it once it stops.

Congradulations for the sale.

Look for a more reputable growth company with excellent management and a solid game plan rather than backing the blind. Check out EMC or WCOM. Best of luck !
