All I am getting at is they need to do two things in my mind. First is continue improve their web site offerings before they start really promoting in the U.S. The site needs to beat competition before such a promotion.
Also, at present, it would cost them their entire cash position to mount a significant ad campaign in the U.S.

"Why promote now" How about to build their business ?
Shouldn't companies grow the business first . The stock price takes will care of itself if built on a solid foundation will it not ?
