There is nothing wrong with both promoting the company as well as the business. BII, in the game that it is in, would be foolish not to be doing both.

I, as a shareholder, expect that Bid.com will be following a business plan that is well thought out and realistic. To date, they have done exactly as was planned and exactly what was communicated to the investors. That's the type of company I like and will invest in. No surprises, just a slow, steady execution of a game plan.

Last thought. BII has already made it clear that it sees other parts of its business more lucrative and successful in the longer term than the auction sites they presently have. It's not a re-inventing of BII, it is a taking advantage of the other business opportunities that are out there as well as their correct desire and need to be different than all the other auction houses that are out there. I like the European plans, interactive TV plans, business to business plans, etc.

It takes time to build a successful, profitable company. They are executing their plan just as we had expected. The NASDAQ listing will provide greater exposure and more investors. It should help both share price and their business plan.
