Steve, thankyou very much for the response that helps clear up the difference between shares outstanding vs. some big player who might have many shares he's looking to dump! I guess that alone could supress the stock. But once these guys unload all of their shares, the stock can rebound again! It seems to me then that as long as many longtermers are in this stock, it really doesn't matter how many shares are in float, since it's only the shares being sold that count. Of course, I do understand that the lower the number of shares in float means statistically better the chances that less shares can be offered for selling. Are all 85 Million shares in float owned, or are there still some that MVEE or brokers may have waiting in the wings???

Thansk again,

John
