You may be missing a lot. From your postings (e.g in what industry is the target acquisition? is there any truth to BCE acquiring more CGI shares?) it's clear that your personal research has been very thin.

You might also want to start checking information at source yourself rather than depending on others - for instance where in the release does it say $100M per year for the next 10 years?

What's wrong is the market. Look at the TSE 300. It's in bearish mode for quite some time now. In the US, NASDAQ is under heavy pressure too, while the DJIA is not able to get up on strong volume. All this gives us a bad overall picture, which explains why Groupe CGI is not going higher. IMHO, it's very tough for a stock to go against the general trend.
