If you use Yahoo for Stock quotes, portfolios or news listings - or your home page - try disabling "COOKIES" in your Browser's Preferences.

Then go to your usual Yahoo location.

THEN TELL ME ABOUT HOW OPTIONAL IT (Cookies) IS.

Didn't Intel make the PSN number in the Pentium III an OPTION to be invoked or not?
