Tonto,

I appreciate the fact that you may have insider information or "clues" to wrongdoings. If so, can you be exact and provide someone here with the concrete information? For many of us, this isn't a treasure hunt...if I want that I'll buy Cracker Jacks or a good mystery novel.

P.S. I'll even pay for the stamp or you can leave the envelope behind the big oak tree under the rock after midnight if the moon is not full.

Jim: You've raised a good point.

Someone out there may have more insight into the practicality of this option.

I have a "friend" who works in the appeals section of the regional IRS. The pronouncements of "a new and friendlier IRS" are somewhat exaggerated, based on what I've heard. Of course this varies from region to region. They simply want their money, although sometimes they do "deal" if their case is weak.

My concern is they would again take things over and seek out someone willing to buy it. How would you feel if AA bought it for 1-2 million with the money he's saved? Did Myriad shareholders see any money from the sale, or get any stock in Firamada? Based on a "twice bitten" criteria, the IRS may conclude enough is enough and simply shut the doors.

Nevertheless, your point is worthy of follow-up.

Regards,
Bob.

I spoke with AA today
The company does not owe the IRS 8m....get your facts...
He also informed me that the audit for 1998 is in progress and will
be completed and posted by the 25th of this month.

the sales force is existing and new sales staff has been hired with
PEO and staffing Experience.

Sales for 1998 is going to be in excess of 35M...and he said he is
certain that be 3rd quarter of 1999 the company is going to be in the
black.

Instead of bashing I thought the truth needs to be told........
