Where does HP Openview go? Now, they are in computer business, but aren't they more in line with measurement? Vijay

Michael, Speaking of sacred cows, how about the move of keeping the HP name attached to the computer/imaging business. HP began with measurement and now the measurement company will have it's own name and identity. Definitely breaking tradition. As I'm sure you've read, the CEO search will include internal and external candidates. I have to agree with you though, indications are it'll be external. Personally, I'd prefer that. It may turn us into an aggressive and dominant computer company. Jody
