Dabloc.... I have spoken with Kraft on many occassions and have exchanged many emails messages with him. Below is an example of a message to him and a message I received from him in response... Note in the response he gives specific timing as to when news will be released. By doing this he is tipping off a preferred investor who may or may not buy based upon the release of news. Since these small bb's tend to react to news, any such forewarning as to the timeliness of news can be construed as providing inside information. I have several other such correspondences from Kraft, some with more detail. I also can vividly recount Kraft calling me and discussing with me his disappointment about being snubbed for an favorable review in a magazine of PINC's y2k product in December. Kraft specifically told me beforehand about the forthcoming review, and I even alluded to it in several messages on this thread. When I spoke to Kraft shortly before he found out the review wouldn't occur, he specifically asked me how he should tell other investors who he had given forehand knowledge of these events that the review wouldn't occur. Kraft specifically mentioned one poster by name that he felt embarrassed about telling about the review and that poster was Robert Ague Kraft should only state that the company has good news coming and should not state to any one investor when that news is coming or any news that already isn't in the public domain. If you wish to be Kraft's conduit for his methods of manipulation, so be it, remember you have forewarned. Kraft's actions as well as the hiring of a stock promoter are not the signs of a decent company. Such actions are counterproductive and only produce short terms gains. If Kraft, PINC's directors, and yourself are only interested in a short term gain or a pump to raise share value momentarily for a dump, then PINC will be worth a lot less in the long run and for others look out below before they are dumped upon. Now supposedly PINC hired MZD to market its products. When the products are marketed this increases sales. Sales are recorded and reported, then full reporting audited financial statements back up all the well worded PR's with believable figures. When a company has something verifiable to promote , that is when investors have something more than wishful thinking on which to speculate. All of the pie in the sky valuations for PINC already reported by WSRG as of 2/8/99 are just that- pie in the sky valuations to promote and pump the stock rather than build an audience for the companies products. Building an audience for the companies products is ultimately how you build investor's confidence. DOing it the other way around only creates unsubstantiated hype. Anyway, according to Kraft's reply financials were to be available 45 days or so from 2/11/99. So that meaning from today 3/2/99, 26 days or so remain until these financials are released. No PR will mean anything if the numbers don't back up the reality to some and the perceived "hype" to others. A delay will be construed as evidence of falsehoods, though I myself will be surprised if these audited financials are NOT further delayed. I am also surprised that no announcement was made as to who was preparing these audited statements, since a well recognized accounting firm would make good PR. Anyway, that's all I have to say.
