Hi Jim - According to the conference call (replay @ 1-800-938-3255) ALA still needs to fill gaps in their product line. Specifically (although being vague) they mentioned LU's purchase of Acend blocked them from obtaining technology previously provided by Ascend. Now, if we can determine what this technology is (were they doing anything with ADSL or XDSL? ) then we might be able to determine what company is in play. My guess is that it is probably a private company and the total dollar amount is less than $1 billion....probaby under $500 million. EKS
