My curiosity, John.....do you know that any of these "class action lawsuits" have any clients. From I could read, they were just "advertisements" for clients to get in on potential law suits. Did any investors join the class action(s)?? Just wondering.

Nice to see you posting again.
I enjoy your input. I believe you add value to this thread.

I think that the "apologies" that BigCapGuy is referring to
would be coming from the exchanges (most likely from Easdaq)
not from Turbodyne.

I am not suggesting this will ever happen but I am stating that
certain TRBD supporters believe that Easdaq prematurely halted
the trading on Jan 22nd.

No offence Bigguy, but personally as a long, I question a comment like that big time from whereever it came from.

I question whether we will ever see an apology out of anybody.

As for lawsuits they are real.

As for pending deals, at this point, they don't exist so they
are not real.

No pumping here, just a reality check.
