I'm beginning to think we should change the title of this thread from MEMC The Sleeping Giant to MEMC The Dead Giant or MEMC The Comotose Giant.

Well, for those that going to take the rights, it is a deal under book value. Of course, VEBA will get the same deal on their debt. I think that once more the timing is stinking, if they had moved fast they could have done this at $10, now the dilution to those that do not take the rights will be greater and the money brought in lesser. The break in MEMC's charts sure does not look like taking on the rights is a good move, I think that one could by the shares in the open market for less before the end of June. Zeev
