All of the other companies you mentioned file with the SEC and are not on the BB. Makes a world of difference.

BIDN has no earnings no revenue, etc... so how do you know what it is worth. EBAY files with the SEC they have earnings but are still overpriced IMO but at least an investor can make an informed judgement about the merits of EBAY. How can you make the same judgement about BIDN they dont file with the SEC and why is that? Also Ebay and the others you mentioned were brought public by large investment banking firms not the case with BIDN. Name me one non filer BB tech stock that has ever reached the levels of EBAY, YHOO?

This press release says 11.2 million shares (times $19 equals $213 million market cap). Am I missing something here?
