The current QUIET PERIOD enters its 75th day, what's really going on? I couldn't find it out. If previous news release about CLEC in SPAIN and WaveTech Merge and Financing and IIXC have nothing to do with the reason of this current QUIET PERIOD, then which is still left guess as follows, 1. the Intent to Sell the company? 2. CyberFax? 3.MullerMedia? 4.Partner with a company bigger than IIXC? From the trading pattern of DCTC in previous 2 weeks, I think there was lots of accumulations and also shake out of some weak hands, I don't really find any short sellers at current price level. Refer to my previous post, when I check back dcic.com in 36 hours later, the count hit is now 10249, which is 1250 more hit in 36 hours, it indicats lots of investors and traders might now stay at sideline, if real solid news comes out, all people might get in and then a RALLY might begin. Stronger than ever. GO DCTC!
