I think it's safe to say that most of us INPR holders are underwater.
I don't consider it 'knee jerk' to question the intelligence of throwing a wrench into the sales works just when things may be turning around. Del has pulled some questionable moves in the past. Exactly how much money was spent in an attempt to give the company a new image by changing the name ??? I don't want to hear talk about Del wanting to bring salaries 'in line' with the rest of the industry. If that's the case he should start with himself. My personal belief is that INPR is probably in perpetual negotiations for a buyout and the expense of sales staff is probably out of whack with a possible suitor(s). I would have no problem re-balancing commissions, those poor souls have had their hands full selling in this environment, they should be compensated. Just how many options can you promise someone when the price keeps hitting all time lows ? Like the rest of us they too have mortgages to pay every month. I would like to see blow-out sales and big public deals signed to indicate they have really turned the corner. When that happens the door will be beaten down by salespeople willing to take a chance.
