Hi JC, Yes, VLSI has been in my portf. since 1990 or 1991. This final payoff will make me smile.

IDTI has frustrated me in recent times. I was a net seller as the price rose to $9+ but now it's just floating where I can't get a grip on what's happening.

I guess I could be encouraged by VLSI's buy-out and hope for something similar with IDTI, but there's not been any rumors of that as of yet. Only the general feeling that it's a fragmented market and needs to consolidate.

In the low $6 range, I'm supposed to buy back some of the shares that I parted with at $9+, so that should be soon. It will only be a small order, however.

Best regards, Tom
