First, I think you were mixing replies to me,with replies Zurdo's messages.
Second, you are correct. 30 days is a long time, but $300 is a lot of money. Whatever.
Now, are you going to write, Jerry Kaplan and/or Daisy Vidal a "nice" or "not nice" letter or e-mail, so they correct the overall problem, or respond in a positive "we know" way or something.
To me at this stage,I am most interested in what Onsale's "after the fact" action is.
Just taking care of your problem, does not assist the overall improvement in the company's procedures.
As a very small investor, but with a large business with Onsale, I would want to know, that they identified a problem, and put the action in motion to keep it from happening again.
What do you think?

"I just wanted to let you know their customer service finally responded and got their job
done. All I have to do now is ship the item back and they will issue credit for it."

Please keep us posted. I dont know if i should buy more or sell. I think you should post hourly updates instead of the 3-a-days.
