<<You present very few hard facts..mostly subjective opinion on how you perceive ONSL service>>

Jim posted the facts (as he saw them) regarding why he thought he didn't receive what he ordered, what steps he had taken, and what responses he had received. IMHO, the only way to evaluate service is to base it on the opinion of the people getting the service. Your customer doesn't care about metrics or cost effectiveness, etc. All they care about is getting what they paid for (value is also subjective), or having a problem taking care of appropriately. What criteria would you suggest other than opinion? Might make for an interesting discussion here.

<<I am sure you are very sincere in your postings, but not everybody has to agree with you...>>

An extremely important point. Since so much of what we discuss is at least somewhat subjective, we all need to remember that a lot of what is said is opinion, and we should never let differences of opinion cause flame wars or fights.
