Everything is fine -- the distribution contracts they had are still in place, of course, and doing well They were in successful talks last week and the week before regarding more distribution, I'm told.. Also, they're looking for an IR person, to begin soon, to replace Pegga, who left a while back. .

spoke to stuart lew today. mostly sounded fairly positive for the next 12 to 18 months and although i am holding on to this stock through thick and thin, i feel a little bit tired of waiting. here's what i found out. for fiscal 99 ending in may, earnings will be flat. he said they could still earn around 5 mil and .05/share for actual year 99 ending in december. specifics: due to political unrest in kuwait and surrounding region, distribution their has been postponed indefinitely; news releases coming to announce new distribution deal with red rock distributors in CO for region including CO, TX, NM, UT, WY, NB and KS. also will announce commencement of shipping to china. other topics: they are filing with the sec; insiders own approximately 30-35% of the outstanding stock; insiders are purchasing, i haven't verified this with sec, yet. that's about it. anyone with other questions will find mr. lew to be accommodating. i recommend that shareholders stay in touch with the company and report findings here. fubsy
