What I feared might happen, appears to be occurring. That is powerful interests taking the price of crude up prior to the 'meeting' thus reducing pressure on the exporting nations to negotiate and agree on meaningful reduction quotas. I hope the latter are not deceived by the ploy and go ahead and reduce supply by at least 1.5mbpd. Failure to agree will cost them dearly.

Volume on GIFI dropped to a meager 21.5k shares yesterday and closed @ 6 1/2 for the fifth consecutive day. Something is about to pop. Looks and feels like a Mexican standoff..
