Why would you not list your cash position of $13-14 million in your earnings news release when you currently have a pathetic market value of only $5 million? Several bio and medical companies would pay a 20-30% premium in these market conditions for this cash...

I think if BSTC was thinking about merging or buying CIST the CFO would have known about it. A sent similar information to HMGN, but have not received any reply.

On PMC's web page ( us.pmc-vacc.com )the CIST agreement is not listed among the news releases. It's not on this one either: pmc-vacc.com .
