seems to me that he doesn't do his homework That can be said for everyone invested here. Example - it wasn't until last week the number of outstanding shares were disclosed. No long term investor (as everyone says they are) has any clue about value per share without this info. This type of information is always suspiciously missing from all the posts that promote the investment just based on the business plan and the technology. They never address the capital structure, of which you are investing in. There is a difference between 10M and 500M shares outstanding. Float is meaningless in accessing long term value, as the informed investor (complete DD) knows eventually all those shares will be unrestricted, and the float will be close to the outstanding. jmt
