I went to SuperWalmart five times in the past 3 weeks; I really like what I see. I also ordered some Sui-shi grades from Walmart on-line last month.

Wal-Mart took share with low prices and convenience, and became the number-one
player in each of its markets. That sounds familiar.

William,

It does not sound familiar if you are referring to AMZN. They do not have the low price, execution was problematic Q4 98. Finally, debt is huge.

William, do you happen to know, when Walmart was in its hypergrowth phase (which would have been early 80s?) - how profitable were they, relative to other retailers such as Sears.
