Mitch,

SNMM gets a set-up fee (reported to be $100,000, but negotiable) from each new licensee. Once the operation is up and running, SNMM gets a cut of wagers. My understanding is that the cut is based on a sliding scale, ranging from 17% - 40%, based on the volume of wagers.

People have been speculating all over the place with respect to revenue potential. Personally, I don't even want to take a stab at it until we see last quarter's numbers. That should give a much better indication. But I do believe the potential here is staggering.
