gbh - who is your broker? I just called Schwab and the person who answered the phone told me I should call back on the 8th and could give me no information and told me "my friend" might be mistaken! I love the way they pass the buck when they don't know what is going on. Was that 2-3 day time frame for sure?

Sorry for the bad news, but there will be no funds available to you from ALA until the deal closes, in early April. Monday you may turn in your shares for tendering, these are only instructions. The deal isn't even considered until 90% of shares take the offer for 37. Of this I am certain, no dough until the deal closes.
