I hope they get it worked out to some mutually satisfactory arrangement, because Cook and MSFT have been known to deal before, and I'd hate like hell to see the quicken base, which is very material to CF go to the opposition, and they'd probably give them the service for next to nothing! ...or even pay them to provide it!!
