My amateur technical analysis seems to say it is going to low 5s, any pros out there want to confirm?

OK a buyout target at $3.00 a share is absurdly low.
Especially without giving any reasons.
Heck, the stock price is twice that. Additionally, the stock price only represents the value of a minority ownership position.
So any buyout would have some kind of a premium.
