I formed a group of SHAREHOLDERS and we called ourselves a code name CARTEL. The word "cartel" is not "code". It has a very specific meaning.

Thanks for your post Riley. I'm glad that you took the time respond to my comments. However, a phrase that comes to my mind is "What a bunch of BS". It is your arrogance and self-importance that got us into this mess. You may fool yourself into thinking that you did not directly tell anyone to buy or sell, which is true. Yet the threats made to cut anyone off who 'spilled the beans' about some new discovery that you made, or coerce shareholders to order their certificates and not sell until a certain price was obtained may have not been direct, but definitely implied. You know you could not have pulled off this squeeze without us, no matter how small or large the number of shares held. You needed us. And don't play innocent about the IRC logs. You know full well what we up to and the importance of them to us, yet you had to take control and pry into them also. I can not and was not responsible for EACH person's investment. I am only responsible for my own. Which I still have! I am responsible for my investment, and I can only blame myself for my actions. I also still have my 'investment.' No one is blaming you. But you convinced us to believe in a cause, to standing up for the little guy. Us little guys are the ones that got hurt because we believed in you and your idea of fighting something illegal. The problem was and still is in your eyes is who the enemy really is. I am glad to see that you have finally come to the realization that Morgan and Breton took us for a ride. Please I implore you, take a bite of humble pie, stop being defensive about your past attitudes, and let us all work together to finish this mess once for all and move on to bigger and better things. You were in AOL chat rooms every night promoting this short squeeze. You were telling people that OVIS had contracts with many stores, that the new management had turned the company around, that they were making profits, etc. You spent a great deal of time trying to rope in unsuspecting people to your "cause". You say you were trying to combat illegal shorting but what you apparently weren't opening your eyes to were the facts. It didn't take a rocket scientist to find out that what the company and you were telling, were nothing but lies. Anyone could have made the phone calls that proved the company was lying, are you saying your trust in Morgan was so strong that it didn't even occur to you that what we were reporting on the thread was true ? I personally believe you did know that the company was not producing product but you hid that knowledge from your flock. Want to discuss the cavalry that you used to further support your lies and to intimidate shareholders ? There was no cavalry, just as there were no plants producing clothing, no contracts with J. C. Penny, etc and no revenues. There was no $10,000,000, there was no contract for 30,000,000 gallons of water for Taiwan, the water bottling plant was idle, not running 3 shifts as was stated, no certificate for $14,000,000 from MVPH etc, etc. Want to know how we know these things ? We checked them out..
