What is the RMIL Shareholder Value Cartel

The term cartel is used for the lack of a better word.
The Shareholder cartel was formed by me (Riley G) as a means to count the public shares of RMIL shares in the public market. As others and myself expected to find many extra shares that have flooded the market, the only way for this to have happened is through the blatant selling of nonexistent shares by the market markers, and other short sellers in and out of the USA to new and old investors buying RMIL shares on the open market.

Others and I suspect that there may be between 2 to 6 million extra shares in the RMIL market place that should not legally be there.
The Shareholders are each individuals acting on their own behalf, but in a common cause to achieve our proper shareholder value while having the extra shares removed from the legal public float. We are for all shareholders and not just for ourselves. This means that we do not sell any shares until each individuals shareholder value is received. We will not flood the market with our shares if we decide to sell them, as RMIL has a small public float and this would collapse it. Thus damaging other shareholders value.

Starting on August 20th, 1997, the calling of the stock certificates was a last ditch effort as we believe the Market Markers, and other shorters had banned together to hammer the stock back under a dollar and into the pennies again, with an intent of getting RMIL halted by the SEC. We were left with no choice in the matter but to take this drastic action as they were trying to decrease our share value through an induced panic selling and the spreading of lies and slander about the Company and individual shareholders.
