We need to get an immediate reconciliation accounting for the date of issuance and the specifics of the new share issuance. This is important simply to reduce the uncertainty associated with a revelation like this and to put it into the proper perspective, I will do my part to post whatever I find out. This news is definitely a shock to me, but put into the proper perspective, might not be so startling. Marc

Sean, I don't want us back in the .30's. I think though that if this selling continues, we are going to be there anyways. My only point was that I think it is silly to buy at .48 or .50, and have it drug down from there. Last night V$gas and I were talking on ICQ. I predicted that we have at least 9MM more shares than had been reported. It looks now like my number was overly conservative. If the seller is going to keep this up, I would much rather buy more in the .30's than in the .50's. All we are doing right now is letting the seller make more money. I have not sold one single share.
