Lee, Yes I posted they were upgrading CT maybe 2 months ago. And they brought in MORE new equipment just two weeks ago. STILL I'm downloading at 3k/sec (yes, that's a THREE-K) ========================================= BTW My L1 Bid/Ask also was unchanged for quite a while today. Pissed me off when I finally noticed that the LAST price was $2 lower than the Bid during the sell-off this afternoon!!! (I only look at the Bid/Ask, never look at the "Last"). How I caught it was when I looked at my RT3 Bid/Ask and saw that it was WAY off from the SEOL figures!
