No mention of the TLC executives. Wonder whether they will cotton to a secondary role in Mattel Media. IMO, TLC management was nothing to write home about. Mattel will likely slough them off in a couple of years. Thomas, what is your thinking on the exchange ratio? I suppose we should be rooting for Mattel to stay below 27 so we get more shares. How much leeway does Mattel have to manipulate (i.e. push back) the closing date to wait for when Mattel stays solidly over 27? If its completely at their discretion, what's to prevent from just waiting until it happens? Doughboy.
