Jane I have just begun to look at NOVL. Please educate me in the following areas. I don't like NOVL for the following reasons and I hope you can correct me on them. 1.Only 8 % owned by insiders 2.Very large short interest. I know these shorts will have to cover but my thoughts are why did they short in the first place? 3.Did I read this right Shares Outstanding 337.8M. That is a very large amount of shares. Also Float 310.8M. That is a very large float. 4. The price seems very high at these levels $20+ compared to the recent history. Unless there is a strong rumor of a buyout. Thanks Dawg
