Some thoughts on the new hire.

1-A week or two to get familiar with operations before becoming visible is very helpful when high on the learning curve. Now that he is announced, he may get interrupted by phone calls.

2-We know Lev has needed some help. He sounds like a fine addition to the team. As you know, Dennis Rodman moved to L.A. and helped turn the Lakers around for a 3 game winning streak!

3-Last I heard, manufacturing in Henderson should continue, since they are not intending to move from there anytime soon. I believe the small laminate machine and assembly equipment there is capable of 150,000 batteries per month or so.

4-There may be a particular battery size that is ideal to manufacture in Henderson due to order volume, such as the military's OICW weapons.

5-The addition of capable personnel is a sign that the company is moving forward. If running out of money were a concern or P.O.s weren't almost certain, it wouldn't make sense to add to the payroll, especially at the senior management level.

It seems the company is getting ready to make a lot of money!
