E.C., here's a couple for you.
What if the core was initially logged as being in gabbro but in fact is not in gabbro. What iff the material is not gabbro? What if the volcanic intrusions are in fact the actual host material?
Who was the Ni expert that looked at the core and advised First marathon to put up the $10m. Did he in fact actually know what he was looking at, or did he simply get bedazzled by the shiney core and think one of the other houses would grab the deal first?
This could mean that NWI has a nice deposit but the mother load is somewhere in the region.
Any possibilities here?
