SG@A Growth is much higher on a real basis.Though on a percentage basis the growth rate of sg@a is only a couple of hundred basis points which at first glance is palpable,IMHO if that line item was controlled by just $2mm it would go right to bottom line and would have made for a heroic qtr. in light of GM weakness.As a past coporate
controller SG@A is one of the first places to go to increase profit/
reduce loss and I am pointing more to G@A portion.
I was on the call and disapointed no Q@A allowed,H. Jonas continues complaining about long delivery delay on large switches, which forces the company to use smaller refurbished switches.I was wondering if someone in the know and/or industry can discuss implications and should we be buying Nortel instead.
