It is rumored NY State has submitted their proposal and the company is waiting for the proposal from Tennessee, expected in the next couple of weeks. The Barron's article may be out this weekend. What about Wall Street Report Magazine? What is the Bank Service Bureau all about? What kind of minimum revenue does VGCP expect from the Viking Financial Network in fiscal 2000? What about their own E-commerce systems? The re-factoring web site? How many insurance companies are targeted once the phase III financing is completed? What kind of services will be offered to corporate customers not to mention the executive appointments that will be required? GERBER, answer those questions and IMO you won't be selling. In fact, IMO anyone who does answer those questions will only be buying. I figure the stock is a steal at these prices. Things should begin happening in the next six weeks or earlier IMO.
