The rules state you are entitled to a fill and or a answer within a reasonable time I would outline the complaint and send it to the complaince dept witha copy of the letter to the NASD district office thathandles the office..ww.nadsr.com Now the NASD requires that every complaint be logged and transmitted electronically to the NASD ..evenif they pay you or nothing is done Most firms will resolve the problem at this point but you must be a pain in the ass before they care one Iota..about what you are talking about Good luck and let me know.
