dont underestimate the significance of the 'quiet period'. All Ive read from the sec homepage tells this is a very serious matter based on significant events, it is not applied for 'possible' or 'forward looking' statements and most cases show companies in a quiet period in the process of moving from one market to another. As a long termer, I cant understand why they would hold the conference during this period when they cant talk about the arc, I cant defend that strategy. From a non plfm'r viewpoint, heres a bb that just acquired hundreds of millions in assets and is in a 'quiet period', we may be a bit dissapointed here after watching every tick for the last month but all in all, thats not too bad. Im not convinced by any stretch we wont build a new base and move forward from here. jmo. That said, RELEASE THE OFFICIAL PR................
