On the QT...ain't no way Dell is going to write a check for 17B without getting a lot in return..not sure yet what this means on the services end...but it looks like Dell is getting to use IBM's R&D department (without having to create their own) in some key areas.....looks like this will help Dell enter/compete in selected enterprise segments..... while tossing IBM service/product revenue (that Dell would have had to buy from someone (else) anyway....)

Sounds brillant to me...typical Dell move...All those MBA's they've been hiring must be adding value...

But it is still early, so...let's wait and see...
