MKC, you are clueless....Dell would be buying these things (that they are getting from IBM) from someone anyway...in return, Dell gets to use IBM's R&D department, cutting technologies to get into a whole host of additional market segments (server, storage, etc..)..All big revenue/earnings pieces...Plus, Dell does not have the risk of having to pay for failure(s) in the development process..

Another great Dell move....getting scary to be a short on Dell here...

Mike, This one amazes me. Talk about a big nothing announcement. Dell said on CNBS that as fast as they are growing, they need dependable suppliers. <g> Uh, the PC market is taking care of that fast growing problem. Also, how do you say your box is better than an IBM box when it is an IBM box?
