Afternoon Rande,

<<<with OTC stocks, you BUY the news>>>

I've seen you make this comment a couple of times now and feel the need to express my opinion. In my experience with BBs (which is rather minimal), this has definitely not been the situation.

Case in point:
quote.yahoo.com

If I were to be invested in PLCO as a position trade, I would certainly not buy the news. Upon discovering PLCO's attractiveness after reading a new press release, I would likely wait until a new base has established itself before investing.

Speaking strictly from a small amount of experience here. Of course, there are exceptions... PLCO could get 'discovered' by someone or something 'major' after any one of their PRs, depending upon the perception of how extraordinary the release may or may not be.

Having said all that, I agree with you about the pfd PLCO shares... I think that out of the blue someday they'll run hard because the right person finally realized the great conversion ratio.

[no position in any aspect of PLCO]
