As I understand, if Co. assets is over $100 million, stock price is not required to be over $4.0.......correct me if I am wrong.....

Maybe I am misunderstanding something here. I must admit I do not have a large position, and todays wobble dosn't phase me. I bought some as a lottery ticket. Do I understand correctly, that PLFM will become a holding company for three other listings. This IPO I hear people talking about, they will have to include the Russian jets in that company to get its value high enough to warrent a Nasdaq listing. Its not going to be PLFM that goes to Nasdaq the way I understand it. But some NEW listing, in the PLFM holding Co. Maybe I am out to lunch, you all spend much more time following this then I do. Whats the general consensus ?
