Good post, Rich. The "...off-loading some of Lev's responsibility" is the key -- certainly for now. A good COO would be of great value to Lev now, and essential for Valence later. And I rather like Wright's overall background anyway. They need someone like him.

Regards, lws

Very well said, Rich. The obvious negative bias of Visnic and Larry seems to encourage them to extend their arguments beyond plausibility by exaggerating all the negatives. They are berating this man on a sketchy company history, and making implications based on suppositions they can't support. They are already trying to convince everyone that's he's unqualified based on work he hasn't performed yet.

Rich, interesting reading on the IWRK Yahoo thread about the time of the failed merger. Seems as if some of the IWRK's shareholders were not happy with their management. Here is an example:

Rich "mil gracias" for the effort you have put forth since the shareholder meeting. You are a positive objective contributor your opinion is valued.

Brubakers and many naysayers perspectives are solely derived from the cautionary warnings set forth in SEC documents. Brubaker couldn't find his ass with both hands. It's a pity we are plagued with his myopic, ignorant point of view.

Good luck to you Rich!
