MB, let me reiterate. Forget IBM and DELL for now. This alliance should hurt their competitors, the only question is how much. Other than HWP, everything else is up. Is the street thinking that this alliance would be good for GTW, SUNW, MSFT, CPQ? Also misunderstood was my comments about LINUS. I guess I am just wondering if the DELL/IBM started selling products that do not include the MSFT bundle, as an option, how much would the product be? Using a $500 PC as an example, I understand W98 is around $40+ or 8% of the sales price or ?% of cost. Wouldn't GTW CPQ and others have to follow example? Ramsey
