bhemeter, This stock has pretty much ramped right in your face so I can understand why you are gettting a little testy. Management is being a little coy about the actual number of users but they are on the record as having at least 50,000 existing clients. Get the CFO on the phone and if he denies this then there is a problem. My understanding is that ProSuite sells for $4,800 new and $1,800 if you are an existing customer who chooses to upgrade to it. The other products sell for roughly $2,400 to new users and existing customers can upgrade for $500. It is awfully confusing given that they have several products and the prices differ if you are new or old customer. Since you seem to knowitall why don't you tell us what the royalty stream is from Bridge is? When the street started working this name I got a little suspicious and threw the research in the trash. My first thought is "why is this company even public" and my second thought was "here comes a secondary". If the company ends up earning money the next few years they will be able to fund growth internally and the balance sheet is fine in any case. I just figured the Cruz's wanted to pare down their holdings a bit and improve the float. Instead of bleeding stock slowly they would just do a big deal and get it over with. Maybe I am wrong but going forward this is an issue that I will grapple with. Maybe you should realize that the consensus numbers don't really mean squat here.
