" Anybody affected by hype one way or another isn't a very good investor. "

Excellent point. Unfortunately hype/rumors etc are what drives a lot of daytraders ( and unsophisticated investors such as myself )to move in and out, and that in turn can move a stock like NAVR in a manner that makes rational investing more difficult. There were a lot of people who bought NAVR at a $27 mkt. price a while back.I am sure they will all benefit from your insightful comments. Just for the record I also bought that morning. I put in a limit order at 14 before the open, and instead of canceling it when it opened at 27 I went upstairs and made coffee. If I remember correctly I owned it a few minutes later. Averaged down at around 8 a few days later. So I guess that says I am one who can be affected by hype, and consider myself fortunate to have not been burned on this occassion.

To tell you the truth I don't have a clue about NAVR right now or it's prospects. All I have read here is that they will spin off netradio and that will make them a shit load of money. OK.
