Just got of the phone at 888 742-0770 (toll free) with the pr guy and I didn't catch his name, but we went over the following and to be frank, he didn't seem to know that much.

He said that the 3 t1 6o's are the equivalent to B-1 bombers and release the cert from the Russian Congress allowing the purchase. He said that the Jets valued at $130 mill. Each would stay in Russia for the time being but we have the pink slips. I wonder if there is a lien holder!

He also rapped about the ARC tech and some pigtail (?) thing and said that there is a NEWS BLACK OUT.

TWO RUSSIANS were there at the meeting and I know there's no shortage of Russians in the USA but these guys came all the way here for the horse show.

After I went to the BATT show last year and saw their horse show the stock drop the same way and now look at it.

I just put in a buy order and the price is around .62.

Good luck

Linda, I'm almost always the skeptic. However, your scenario has crossed my mind and I view it as a real possibility.

I remember that you traded out and then back into the stock around last year's conference call thingy. Your approach appears to be quite different this time. Care to share with us the reasons (asked respectfully - no flame here please), as this does kind of feel like deja-vu all over again?

BTW, my notes indicate that the IPO was to be for 20% of Flight Dynamics Corp., which in turn holds the newly-acquired investment in Composites Unlimited, Inc. I had recently read either here or on Yahoo from someone who thought that the IPO somehow involved the Russian assets. I do not believe that to be the case.

Best regards.

Linda:

The most intriguing aspect of Chris' report on the symposium (which has now been conformed by I.R.) is that we are in a news blackout period. I will not elaborate on my interpretation of this situation as it may be perceived by some as hype. However, blackout periods generally signal something big is in the works.
