This is exactly my argument, that the prices on Pricewatch do not (necessarily) reflect those that the OEMs see.

As for the bad name of the Celeron, well, here's at least one guy who is giving up his "Intel Outside" stance and going with Celeron over K6-2:

As for other people, I don't know if they really care whether its Celeron or K6-2, as long as MHz Sells (â„¢McMannis).
