Ron: Sir? Please! Yes, I have some familiarity with SEC "quiet periods", but must confess that I don't know what we are talking about in this instance, do you? Has it been established that the company's silence has its basis in SEC rules? I have thusfar been unable to contact IR and can certainly appreciate that you may not want to share whatever it is that you may know. I don't consider myself to be an unsophisticated or non-dilligent investor. In this case, I'm not sure that I understand the purpose of your admonishment, as I thought that the exchange of information was the primary purpose of this forum. Just trying to piece this story together as best I can. Peace.
